Moon Pillow is an iPhone app provided by David Longoria. This policy explains how information is handled in the app and on this website.

Listening stays on your iPhone

Favorites, listening preferences, the last selected story, and whether you have completed the welcome screen are stored locally on your device. Moon Pillow does not send your listening history to us. The app has no advertising, analytics SDK, sleep tracking, microphone recording, or Moon Pillow account.

Stories, narration, and ambient music are bundled with the app. Internet access is needed for purchasing, restoring, or updating subscription access and for opening web links.

Subscriptions

Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. Moon Pillow uses Apple’s StoreKit to check verified subscription entitlements on your device. We do not receive your full payment-card details and do not operate a separate subscription database. Apple may provide sales, financial, and app-performance reports under its services and your Apple privacy settings.

This website

This website does not include advertising pixels or an analytics service added by Moon Pillow. Our hosting providers may process IP addresses, request information, and security logs to serve and protect the site. Those operational records are separate from your in-app listening preferences.

Optional email updates

If you choose to sign up, we store your email address, the consent wording and its version, signup time, source, and verification status for future Moon Pillow news, new stories, and occasional offers. Signing up is optional and is not required to subscribe or listen. We do not sell your email or share the list for anyone else’s marketing. Our hosting and database providers process and store it on our behalf to operate the service. We do not link it to your listening history or Apple purchases.

We retain your signup until you withdraw consent, request deletion, or we no longer need the list. Email support@moonpillowapp.com from your signup address to unsubscribe or request deletion. Any future marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. We may verify ownership before acting on requests. Our signup service uses basic abuse controls without storing IP addresses in the signup list.

When you contact us

If you contact support, your email provider and ours process your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive health information. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the request and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You can change favorites and preferences in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device; backups may retain copies under your device and iCloud settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
